Whether you're an embroiderer, crocheter, knitter, patchworker .......any form of textile artist or crafter really, and whatever level of skill you have, you'd be most welcome to join us in Over Community Centre on Friday mornings from 9.30. Our aim to get together to socialise through our hobbies, hopefully inspiring and helping each other to learn new skills. We meet in the lounge and support the centre by buying our drinks from the café.

Over Gardening Club
Over Community Centre 16 The Doles, Over,, Cambridgeshire, United KingdomNote change of speaker and topic Oriental Salads and Vegetables Mike Day AGM follows the speaker We are a friendly group of gardeners and plant lovers who have regular meetings with a speaker and raffle and occasional plant sales. Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month; from September to May we meet at Over Community Centre where we usually have a guest speaker talking on various aspects of gardening, in June we often arrange a visit to a local garden and in July we hold a social evening. Membership runs annually from 1 April to 31 March and is currently £15.00 per year. Visitors to meetings are welcome but we do ask for a guest fee of £3.00 per visit. A 10% discount is available on most items at Oakington Garden Centre, plants at Parkhall Nursery in Somersham and also items from Madingley Mulch with a current membership card. If you would like to come to a meeting as a guest just turn up or contact any member of the committee for further details, we would love to see you.
