You could mix a drop of green food colouring into desiccated coconut for some grass and add a few of the fluffy little chickens widely available at this time of year (in places like Hobbycraft, The Works, and probably supermarkets as well).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Lemon Drizzle Cake<\/strong><\/em><br>is popular at all times of the year but really lends itself to Spring (and it can be jazzed up with a splash of gin in the drizzle if desired!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most traditional and symbolic Easter cake is a <em><strong>Simnel Cake<\/strong><\/em><br>If you like fruit and marzipan, this is definitely for you.
