It is my goal that you will be confident to help when someone experiences a cardiac arrest, increasing the chances of survival before the ambulance arrives. Community Lifesaver Training focuses on building confidence in participants to perform CPR rather than on assessment or testing. The emphasis is on promoting a willingness and confidence to help during a cardiac arrest with the ethos that any attempt at CPR is better than no attempt.
