Introducing local business: Visual Creations Limited
Visual Creations is a small local firm, offering a complete design solution to realise a client’s dream for their home. They create bespoke solutions to improve the quality of living space, through architectural design.
The company deals with survey, space planning, building control, planning consultancy and listed building consents, as well as architecture and design.
Qualified in both building construction and the built environment, owner Paul Warrington established the company in 1997 as a career development opportunity.
A recent favourite project of his is in New Road. Whilst retaining 80% of the existing structure, extensive alterations were made to the main house, and an old apple barn was converted into an annexe. In the photos, one can see the rear door and small window to the left of the door are in the same position in both “before and after” shots.
Another interesting project, in which the business featured on Channel 4’s Restoration Man Series 1, a curved glass extension was added to an historic Scottish ice house.
Paul is a community-minded Over man, with 5 generations of his family having lived their lives here. He is heavily involved on a voluntary basis in community youth organisations.
