I’ve got another CPR session booked for next month. It’s free to attend for residents of Over. Below are the details.
The village of Over is a lovely place to live but like many villages, it can sometimes take a while for an ambulance to arrive
If someone collapsed near you, would you know what to do while waiting for help?
Those first few minutes really matter…
As a paramedic, I’ve seen what happens in those moments.
I’ve seen lives saved because someone stepped in ā and I’ve seen how hard it is when no one felt confident enough to do something.
The goal of my Community Lifesaver CPR session is to give you the confidence to step in and help until we arrive. šŖš«
