Thanks to generous funding from Over Parish Council, I'm able to offer 100 FREE places on my Community Lifesaver CPR Training. These places are reserved for residents of Over. On my Community Lifesaver CPR event I will share with you my experiences as a Paramedic to give you the confidence to help save a life when someone has a cardiac arrest. I have two events booked at Over Community Centre on Saturday 23rd August and Saturday 15th November. Both sessions are from 2pm to 4pm. Don't miss out—these spots are limited to 100! CPR Training Session – CANCELLED

It's free to attend for residents of Over. Below are the details. The village of Over is a lovely place to live but like many villages, it can sometimes take a while for an ambulance to arrive If someone collapsed near you, would you know what to do while waiting for help? Those first few minutes really matter... As a paramedic, I've seen what happens in those moments. I've seen lives saved because someone stepped in — and I've seen how hard it is when no one felt confident enough to do something. The goal of my Community Lifesaver CPR session is to give you the confidence to step in and help until we arrive. 💪🫀 📍 Location: Over Community Centre 📅 Date: Saturday 7th March ⏰ Time: 2pm to 4pm FREE places available for residents of Over.
