    Do you enjoy textile hobbies? Are you available on Friday mornings? Whether you're an embroiderer, crocheter, knitter, patchworker .......any form of textile artist or crafter really, and whatever level of skill you have, you'd be most welcome to join us in Over Community Centre on Friday mornings from 9.30. Our aim to get together to socialise through our hobbies, hopefully inspiring and helping each other to learn new skills. We meet in the lounge and support the centre by buying our drinks  from the café.

    A talk entitled The Forgotten Bees from Suffolk naturalist Hawk Honey We are a friendly group of local gardeners and plant lovers, affiliated to the RHS and holding regular meetings in the Main Hall at Over Community Centre.  There is usually a guest speaker and a raffle and also occasional plant sales and organised visits to local gardens.  Membership is currently £15pa, with the added benefit of 10% discount on most items at Oakington Garden Centre; visitors are always welcome, with a guest fee of £3 per meeting.  Please contact gardeningclubover@gmail.com for further information or just come along to the next meeting.

Get out your fancy dress and glow sticks and dance the night away like it's the 1980's Join us for a disco night at Over Community Centre Saturday 9th November 7.30pm till late Our Drag Host and DJ Ashley Fox will be playing all the tracks that takes you back to when life was much easier Fully stocked bar, photo booth, 4and half hours of hits and prizes for the nest dressed. The Tickets for this event are non-refundable Don't forget if you're not dressed up you're not coming in.
