Over Players – Murder on the Nile
Our next production will be Murder on the Nile by Agatha Christie. Performance dates: Thursday 28th, Friday 29th and Saturday 30th May 2026 in Over Community Centre.
‘Murder on the Nile’ is based on Agatha Christie’s novel ‘Death on the Nile’. The Hercule Poirot character from the novel is missing, and in the play is replaced by a Church Canon who investigates the murders, as we follow the trail of clues he slowly unravels.
Readthrough in the Church Hall:
Wednesday 4th February 2026 – 7.50 p.m. (not before please) for 8 p.m. start
Auditions at the Community Centre:
Wednesday 11th February 2026 from 7.30 p.m.
Rehearsals from then on:
Every Wednesday evening in the Church Hall 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.
