What a wonderful event the lights were last night! We just want to thank every single person that came out to not only support us, Over Community Festivals, but supporting all the stall holders. We would like to thank all the stall holders for coming to our event, Santa, Elsa and Sprinkles the elf for helping making the event even more fun for the children and the food vendors, who by the way were selling some truely amazing food! New this year: we are going to be selling reusable branded pint glasses at the Carnival at the bars and also at the Control Tent – in order to try and reduce the amount of single use plastic at the event. Thanks to the support of Kate and Mike Day (who have agreed to be our quiz masters once more) our charity will being holding our Annual Quiz Night on Friday 13th of October at 7.30pm at the Over Community Centre. Entry is £6 per person with a maximum of 8 people per team. This is the first time that the quiz will not be held at Over Day Centre and this is due to the number of people that had to be turned away last year.
