The scheme has had significant financial support over the years both from SCDC and Over and Willingham Parish Councils. However, the number of residents in Over who are taking advantage of the scheme has been low in recent years and Over Parish Council discontinued its financial support for 2025/26. Village Show – SATURDAY 2ND AUGUST
Visit your local Village Show this Saturday 2nd August from 2-4pm in the Community Centre Main Hall. Browse round all the exhibits, buy your Grand Raffle tickets, relax over a drink and a slice of cake, and then go and look at the Art Exhibition in the Seminar Room. Artworks and cards will be on sale there. The Sale of Produce and the Grand Raffle Draw will take place at 4pm in the hall.

Over Memory Café
Super morning at our Memory Café, a range of instruments were played to some great songs, guitars, mandolin, keyboard and hardy gurdy. As usual a great selections of cakes and savouries were offered, a big thank you to our volunteers for their baking skills and for those that made the morning run so well. Over Parish Council Business
The minutes of the Parish Council meeting on 8th July 2025 are available for view on the Parish Council website http://www.over-pc.org.uk/meetings.php?id=15 Councillors are mainly focussed on trying to sort the issues with Overcote. Dog walkers are reminded that they should keep dogs on leads at the Village Green. Signs clearly indicate this.
