Over Day Centre Bike Ride

87 riders raise £2,049.25 for the Day Centre

Such amazing support from our local cycle club members, families and individuals who enjoyed five rides though the South Cambridgeshire countryside, starting at Over or Northstowe with all children who completed a ride presented with a finisher medal to help make the event a memorable day.

Very grateful thanks must go to our most generous sponsors : Law & Lewis, Joiners; All Eyes, spectacle makers; Redmayne, Miller, Rees, estate agents, and Fen Edge Community Association whose funds met all event expenses so that every penny of rider donations will go to the Day Centre, this year to enable garden raised beds and greenhouse cultivation to be added to client activities.

Without the support of those donating raffle prizes, rides marshalls, registration teams, Tesco Bar Hill for drinks and snacks for the family rides, first-aid, mechanical and broom-wagon supporters, photographer and graphic designer, Willighman Wheels and Swavesey & Over Cycling Club the day would not have been such a success – thank you all so very much.
